A Health Coach is a supportive mentor and wellness authority that works with a client for an extended period of time in order to help the client integrate sustainable dietary and lifestyle habits into their daily routine.

As your Health Coach, I focus on bio individuality and provide you with a tailored 3- Month Health Program that works best for you as an individual. I guide and mentor clients in managing concerns pertaining to poor digestive issues, fatigue, food cravings, sleep, low energy, weight loss and stress management. The key is to focus on things, which nourish your body both on and off your plate. These are known as your primary (relationships, spirituality, career and exercise) and secondary (diet) food sources. I look forward to guiding you through transformation!

  • We’ll start with a free call or meeting to review your health history and goals. Then, you’ll get bi-weekly consultations where we uncover the habits and thoughts in the way of a healthy relationship with food and your body. (via phone or in-person)
  • Personalized follow-up notes and goals to work on in between each of our consultations.
  • Program materials – easy-to-understand nutrition knowledge, life tips (like…how to handle a holiday), and recipes to help you incorporate sustainable changes.
  • 24/7 support – you have my personal commitment to your health and success. Email support gives you the support you need in between our sessions to make amazing decisions and celebrate your progress along the way.
